In these chapters, God revealed himself to Moses by his name, Yahweh, called him to bring the Israelites out of Egypt and promised his presence and power to accomplish that task. We also see how God dealt with his reluctant servant Moses, who gave multiple excuses to avoid obeying God's call in his life.
